The cost of each project depends on condition, location, permissions and proposed use. Funds may support:
- Adoption, administration, surveys and permission work
- Cleaning, preparation and heritage-sensitive repair
- Replacement glazing, doors, panels and fittings
- Electrical investigation and installation where required
- Defibrillator cabinets and first-aid equipment where suitable
- Books, shelving and literacy-project materials
- Insurance, signage, inspections and ongoing maintenance
